These guys are awesome. Within the first 5 minutes of entering this shop, I met Sam, Justin, and Sean. They were all very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I was having difficulty with my car accelerating and knew I couldn't keep driving my car. I was stressed out, because I had work and school to go to the next day and my mind was an utter mess. I called the shop and Sean was very understanding and wanted the best for my situation. He suggested I rent a car through Enterprise which they have a discounted partnership together. I didn't even think about that as an option. Within 15 minutes we addressed all my concerns and needs for my car and they drove me to Enterprise and walked me inside to make sure they took care of me. It felt like I had family there by my side. I was very pleased with my entire experience. They are a new company, only a couple months old but they want to do their best to prove themselves to their customers and they deserve your business. They will definitely take care of you. I plan to make a complete switch from where I was taking my car previously. My previous shop has 5/5 stars, but I never once met the mechanics working on my car. These guys are working their butts off to make a name for themselves and they are doing just that.

Those guys are great, very honest and very knowledgeable about car problems , they tell you only what you need it!Their customer service is excellent, very clean office; they provide Wi-Fi at their office and transportation while fixing your car. I will work with them again.Marisa L

They were extremely helpful and explained everything that was wrong with my car to me. Additionally, they charged me half of what the Honda dealership quoted me to do the same repair, and tried to save me money whenever they could. They also offer rides to and from the shop, which is a nice bonus.Highly recommended!

My vehicle was in need of some maintenance/repair, and I took it to the right place. The staff is very professional and kind. The shop is not your average in that it is very clean unlike many other shops in the area. My issues were resolved and my car is running great! Overall my experience here was very positive and I would highly recommend THE auto shop to anyone who expects great service at very fair prices. I will definitely be returning for my future automotive needs.

These guys are legit. They will not take advantage of you, or your car. I mean that honestly. Was looking for an auto mechanic who was open later, so I decided to yelp it, since I didn't want to think or do any due diligence in searching for a trusty auto mechanic, but this place is a blessing. The mechanics are honest, straightforward and very welcoming. There is also a clown fish in there fish tank. No joke. Clown fish. Finding Nemo status. They also honor military personnel. Like a crossfit gym. Who doesn't like crossfit gyms? And America. Anywho..I endorse this auto mechanic wholeheartedly and recommend anyone who needs any auto work done to come here. Sam is very knowledgeable, unassumingly so, and is able to explain anything automotive in a very approachable and relatable fashion.Back to the tomfoolery..The water here is cold. Too cold. But it's complimentary, which makes it very cool. Ice cool. Free wifi and complimentary phone charging stations were a welcome shock. The lobby area reminds me of ikea: Very comfortable. The choice of music is disarming, relaxing, and selfless- which is the typical feeling that everyone normally has at any auto mechanic, I would assume. I digress..This place is awesome, and the service is absolutely amazing.

The Yelpers have spoken, so I called for an estimate and here I am writing a 5 star review on an actual auto repair shop.I was almost hesitant after comparing their affordable quotes with 5 other body shops but due to their complimentary shuttle service, this was my best option without having to ask someone for a favor. It's been a long time since I've actually felt like I wasn't getting ripped off because of my gender. Sam (GM), Sean (Service Advisor) & Justin (the Master Technician that worked on my car) were all honest, personable and knowledgeable in their fields. All of them made me feel like a friend that they were "hooking up" with their skills & affordable repair rather than $$$. They did not try to sell me anything extra and gave me quotes with their expert opinion on what actually needs to be done. When I asked questions, they were patient and answered them so that I could fully understand what was happening without having to look at them and pretend by nodding like I do. The facility did not feel like a dirty shop with mechanic oil on everything. Considering the business is new, this is favorable for a clean freak like me. The little details made me feel at ease because it just made me feel like they care about their business and their customers. The best part is you save 20% on labor being a first time customer and they warranty their work for 24 months/24,000 miles.Like all new business owners, word of mouth will make THE auto shop successful and I intend on spreading the word. I can't believe I found a place I want to consistently take my car to for all of my repair and maintenance needs. The cost, the service & the people will make you want to be a repeat customer. There's a reason why their Yelp Ratings are all 5 Stars!

I'm absolutely glad I found these guys! I was looking to take my Mercedes-Benz E350 in for some major service work, but did not want to pay an arm and a leg at the dealership. So I decided to do some research and finally stumbled upon THE auto shop. After reading all the great reviews they received on Yelp and discovering that one of the techs they have on staff is a Certified Mercedes Master Tech, I decided to give them a try. All in all, THE auto shop provides top quality service at a reasonable price. I still have both my arm and leg thanks to THE auto shop! I don't think the same could be said about a dealership. I will definitely be coming back in the near future!

Let's see, the basics:Toyota 2001 Prius (first gen), needed AC recharge and leak inspection. I emailed around to a few shops for a quote and received an email within a professional window of time from Sean with a lot of details for the quote and request to set up an appointment. I gladly set something up. Everywhere else either didn't reply or took way too long, even after making phone calls. Too bad for them. Even though I found some shops with cheaper prices on the recharge, I knew that they'd toss in some hidden fees whereas Sean told me the flat rate for his shop and that it was standard for their area.Anyways, after arriving I walked in the main office and it was really nice, which is a fantastic change of pace from the rundown and dingy offices at other shops. This obviously doesn't mean there's going to be great service. I met Sean at the front and he was a great service representative that you don't expect nowadays. It was another nice surprise! We discussed just the AC recharge and what he'd have to do to find a leak. Sean was very knowledgeable and trustworthy so I figured I mind as well think of a few other things that might need fixing (usually at auto shops you're trying to fend off the guys telling you new crap to fix). I realized I hadn't rotated my tires in ages so I asked him to take a look at those. I was also annoyed enough at my side door actuator failing that I told him to quote me a price on that.In the end, Sean told me very fair prices for parts and labor and even gave me a 20% discount on labor! It was cheap enough I decided to ask for an additional wheel alignment, which he also gave me a discount on. I asked them how long it would take and was surprised that they'd be able to fix all that within two days. In the end I had a meeting to attend and had to ask THEM to wait an extra day for me to pick up the car! As a plus, they drove me to work after I dropped off the car and picked me up from work when my car was ready. A+ customer service.When I got the car back, everything was in excellent shape and I was very happy that I had AC, 2 new front tires (woops...), and a door lock that worked. Now I'm ready for the summer. They're a wonderful, new shop, so get your car fixed before everybody finds out!
