Let's see, the basics:Toyota 2001 Prius (first gen), needed AC recharge and leak inspection. I emailed around to a few shops for a quote and received an email within a professional window of time from Sean with a lot of details for the quote and request to set up an appointment. I gladly set something up. Everywhere else either didn't reply or took way too long, even after making phone calls. Too bad for them. Even though I found some shops with cheaper prices on the recharge, I knew that they'd toss in some hidden fees whereas Sean told me the flat rate for his shop and that it was standard for their area.Anyways, after arriving I walked in the main office and it was really nice, which is a fantastic change of pace from the rundown and dingy offices at other shops. This obviously doesn't mean there's going to be great service. I met Sean at the front and he was a great service representative that you don't expect nowadays. It was another nice surprise! We discussed just the AC recharge and what he'd have to do to find a leak. Sean was very knowledgeable and trustworthy so I figured I mind as well think of a few other things that might need fixing (usually at auto shops you're trying to fend off the guys telling you new crap to fix). I realized I hadn't rotated my tires in ages so I asked him to take a look at those. I was also annoyed enough at my side door actuator failing that I told him to quote me a price on that.In the end, Sean told me very fair prices for parts and labor and even gave me a 20% discount on labor! It was cheap enough I decided to ask for an additional wheel alignment, which he also gave me a discount on. I asked them how long it would take and was surprised that they'd be able to fix all that within two days. In the end I had a meeting to attend and had to ask THEM to wait an extra day for me to pick up the car! As a plus, they drove me to work after I dropped off the car and picked me up from work when my car was ready. A+ customer service.When I got the car back, everything was in excellent shape and I was very happy that I had AC, 2 new front tires (woops...), and a door lock that worked. Now I'm ready for the summer. They're a wonderful, new shop, so get your car fixed before everybody finds out!
